Some of the items we can offer include:
Laser Engraving
We offer competitive wholesale pricing on laser engraved items on various substrates:
- Wood: We can engrave and cut plywood and solid boards up to 1/4″ thick. Many items we do include a combination of engraving and cutting. Charcutier boards, cutting boards, Magnets and keychains start a long list of what we can do.
- Acrylic and MDF: We have recently started engraving and cutting acrylic. This substrate comes in many colors and make great keychains. MDF board that we use is easy to cut out shapes that we then sublimate in full color. This allows us to make any number of shapes like Michigan, Big Foot, Boats, and others.
- Tumblers: Yes, I can engrave your Yeti tumblers. However, we carry an alternate that is just as good as Yeti for keeping hot things hot and cold things cold… but at a much greater price. The brand we use is called Polar Camel. I can create a design for you or engrave your business logo on them as well. Over the past year, they have been releasing more and more tumblers that are dishwasher safe.
Full-Color Sublimation
Sublimation is process that involves a dedicated printer, paper, and ink system and a heat press or oven. Applied heat causes the ink to turn into a vapor that bonds to the unique coating on the substrate being decorated. This includes:
- Glassware: This can include cutting boards, ornaments, stemware.
- Ceramic: This category includes our own TileArt, Coasters, and Magnets.
- MDF and Wood: MDF sheets are used to create custom-shaped magnets. Some woods have a special coating applied to it that allows the sublimation inks to bond to it .
- Fabric: This category include outdoor flags, bookmarks, and polyester garments that are light in color. Actually, it is the polyester that makes all the magic happen. All of the items we can decorate in full color are coated with some form of polyester.
